- I have been in the industry for over 20 years, I started out at age 38 cooking professionaly at the Wig Wam Resort in Litchfield Park, Az as dinner pantry for Exec Chef Micheal Garbin and Sous Chef Cary Neff. I was very eager to learn all i could as i loved to cook. I know am Pantry Chef at Sycamore Hills Golf Club, Fort Wayne, Ind and have written and published 2 recipe books "Simply Vinaigrettes from Ancho Chili to White Wine" 2007 "Janie's Simply Entree Salads for Two" 2009. I am a wife, mother and grandmother. i am on facebook and myspace.

- Alton Brown, Paula Deen and Mario Batali the food would be amazing but the conversation would be even better. They all have so much to teach i would never want dinner to end

- how did the booksigning go well i hope what is the name of it so i can pick a copy up if you make your way thru Tucson stop at the Casino Del Sol and grab a bite at my place Bellissimo open for dinner only at 5pm oh and i think we broke some kind of record with the heat it was a hot one today

You say you were at reading? There is a guy ion there ( Forgot the name) his booth is to the left of the main entrance, he has the best cheesesteak I have ever had. I have tried them all and use to scream across the street to Geno just to say that Pats was the best... I do know Q and old chef stewart. Say hi to everybody and keep on keepin on!

I too am from Fort Wayne: I use to chef at Orchard ridge for years! This club was so nice to me they pushed me to Certify. Hey, is Bum still the ex chef out there. Been Years since I spoke to him! Say hi for me will ya!!!
