I have been in the industry for over 20 years, I started out at age 38 cooking professionaly at the Wig Wam Resort in Litchfield Park, Az as dinner pantry for Exec Chef Micheal Garbin and Sous Chef Cary Neff. Fantastic! Sounds like you had great fun... Great for the work spirit to be able to travel and see what type of gastonmic treats are out there. You say you were at reading? There is a guy ion there ( Forgot the name) his booth is to the left of the main entrance, he has the best cheesesteak I have ever had. I have tried them all and use to scream across the street to Geno just to say that Pats was the best... I do know Q and old chef stewart. Say hi to everybody and keep on keepin on!
