New to the art of Culinary.

This isnt really a blog post of any major importance but more of a calling out of new students or new members that are like me, new to the culinary field. I want to get to know some of you that are on the same level as me before i jump in the deep end to go swimming with the big dogs. If any of you read this and are new to the field like I am hit me up lets chat.

It is good that you have begun to pursue your favorite activity. Welcome to We are Chefs, I am a newbie here as well. After being a machinist in metalworking for 30 years I fell into the Food Service Equipment industry & internet at the same time. Two of my favorite hobbies, cooking & computers, I am having a blast! I ship all types of equipment all over the country to small & large operations of all types. Not a single day goes by where I don't learn something new. Now I just wish I had more time to cook!
